If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, most major credit cards, and some Flex spending accounts (individual coverage’s vary).

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Breaks In Treatment

In order to maximize the benefits of Chiropractic Care we need to monitor changes to your health.  Therefore, if you have a break in treatment over six months in length, it is our policy to perform a full exam including x-rays, if indicated.  It is always better to be safe and know what we are dealing with than rush to treatment without fully knowing what is going on.

Dr. Ronn has been a chiropractor for 10 years. Over those years he has had the opportunity to work with patients ranging from newborn to 100 years old. From backgrounds including students, housewives, blue collar workers, executives, athletes including Olympic athletes and celebrity entertainers and the one thing all of these patients have in common is a desire to be healthier. Although Dr. Ronn takes his profession very serious, he knows how to have a good time in the office. You never know when the “Cat in the Hat” may be delivering your adjustment. Dr. Ronn is very active in the Chiropractic profession as a Palmetto Member of the South Carolina Chiropractic Association and serving on the Legislative Committee. He has also been the Chiropractor of the Week for the South Carolina Chiropractic Association for the past two years working at the state house in Columbia representing the profession.

Dr. Chad is a 2006 graduate of Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC. Dr. Chad has a very strong sports background that he has been able to use to diagnose and treat a wide variety of sports related injuries. From children to college athletes understanding the way and injury occurs makes it easier to treat and more importantly prevent. His experience in our office has allowed Dr. Chad to work with families, especially children, to enjoy being healthy and improve the quality of their lives.
